Teamsters Joint Council 10 New England is the only Joint Council in the Teamsters with its own Strategic Campaigns and Research Department.  The Department was created in 1997 with a mission to help the Local Unions of New England fight back against the power of Big Business.  The two branches of the department work together to give Local Unions an Edge when fighting for the interest of their members.
