About Us:
Teamsters Local 443 was established in 1933 is located at 200 Wallace Street in New Haven, CT. Local 443 currently represents approximately 3,000 members. Most recently, Local 443 was successful in organizing more than 900 members at the Hospital of Saint Raphael in New Haven, CT. Teamsters Local 443 has 4 full-time Business Agents on staff plus one full-time Organizer.

Each year, Local 443 has a random drawing for the John Pisano Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship awards $1000 per year for up to four years of college for the son or daughter of an active Local 443 member.

Recently, the Local is involved in supporting the efforts concerning Overnite Transportation with pickets daily at the company's Wallingford, CT, site.
